Accounts Payable Processor

Do you naturally spot number errors, mismatches, and missing details before anyone else does? We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Processor who enjoys precision work, clean reconciliations, and keeping payables accurate and on time. This role is ideal for someone with strong number sense who prefers focused work and takes pride in getting it right.

What You’ll Be Doing (and crushing it!):

• Match invoices to supporting documents, resolve variances, and code to the correct GL accounts
• Verify approvals, process inventory and expense invoices, and ensure sales tax accuracy
• Maintain AP schedules, take discounts on time, and complete month-end accruals
• Reconcile vendor statements, manage 1099 documentation, and keep records audit-ready

What We’re Looking For:

• Great Plains/Dynamics experience a plus
• 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience, including accruals
• Strong math skills, accurate data entry, and comfort working with high-volume numbers
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
