Reconcile accounts in a timely manner and according to schedule. Assist in the preparation of certain monthly financial statements, supporting schedules and audit schedules. Prepare and distribute 1099-Misc forms by IRS deadlines. Perform the annual Escheatment process by specified deadlines. Interact with vendors and suppliers regarding invoices, payments, and related issues; maintain and update a variety of accounting and financial information.
