Position Overview for the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Work with different departments
• Work in a high-volume environment
• Administer purchase order invoice process
• Document and communicate resolutions
• Making sure all data entered is correct and documented appropriately

Required Experience for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 3+ years' experience processing Accounts Payable (A/P) 
• Experience with invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports 
• High School Diploma required
• Experience with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy
• SAP Preferred
