Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist Role:

• Process and post accounts payable transactions accurately and on time.

• Manage inventory transactions, adjustments, and transfers.
• 
  
• Process Concur expense reports and company credit card transactions.
• 
  
• Support monthly accruals and routine AP accounting activities.
• 
  
• Set up new vendors, collect W-9 documentation, maintain vendor records, and identify opportunities to improve processes.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 
  
• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• 
  
• Experience with Concur, expense reporting, or corporate credit card processing.
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
