Accounts Payable Specialist

We're partnering with a rapidly growing multi-location organization seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support a high-volume AP function in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable processing
Handle invoices and payments across multiple locations and legal entities
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
Identify process improvements and help streamline AP workflows
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments
Support a growing organization by improving efficiency and scalability

What We're Looking For

* 5-7+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
* Experience with Restaurant365 (R365) strongly preferred
* Restaurant or hospitality industry experience is a plus
* Strong bookkeeping, recordkeeping, and reconciliation skills
* Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication abilities
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-growth environment
* Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify workflow efficiencies
