Overview of Accounts Payable Specialist Role:

• 
  
• Process accounts payable transactions across multiple business entities
• 
  
• Match invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation accurately
• 
  
• Manage AP bill-backs and allocations related to grower accounts
• 
  
• Prepare Excel-based reports, summaries, and reconciliations
• 
  
• Support month-end accounting activities and AP related reporting
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• 
  
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, and data analysis
• 
  
• Experience with invoice matching and discrepancy resolution
• 
  
• Agricultural accounting experience preferred
• 
  
• Ability to manage competing principles with strong attention to detail
•
