Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Process accounts payable invoices, including coding, approvals, and payment processing.
• 
  
• Maintain vendor records, tax documentation, and supporting financial files.

• Reconcile accounts payable-related balance sheet accounts.
• 
  
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Track and distribute budget-to-actual reports to assigned departments.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
