Key Responsibilities for Accounts Payable Specialist

• 
  
• Manage weekly check runs, processing approximately 40–50 payments per week.
• 
  
• Review, code, route, and enter invoices into NetSuite, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• 
  
• Monitor and support both automated and manual invoice workflows, following up as needed to keep invoices moving through the approval process.
• 
  
• Process and manage employee and company expenses through Ramp.
• 
  
• Set up and maintain vendor records while ensuring accurate data within the accounting system.
• 
  

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist

• 
  
• Prior Accounts Payable experience, including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor setup.
• 
  
• Experience with NetSuite, Ramp, or comparable ERP and expense management systems.
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy.
