What You’ll Do:

• Own the AP inbox and manage vendor communications professionally and efficiently
• 
  
• Process high-volume invoices with speed and accuracy
• 
  
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain clean, accurate ledgers
• 
  
• Run weekly payments including ACH, wires, and checks
• 
  
• Support month-end close and identify opportunities for process improvements
• 
  

What You Bring:

• 
  
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 
  
• 2–3 years of full-cycle AP experience
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• 
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with solid Excel and communication skills
•
