Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 
  
• Process vendor invoices and prepare payments in accordance with company policies.
• 
  
• Maintain the accounts payable ledger and reconcile vendor statements.
• 
  
• Manage check runs, ACH transfers, and other payment methods.
• 
  
• Research and resolve vendor discrepancies and payment inquiries.

• Maintain complete documentation, approvals, and payment records.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
