Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist

• 
  
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will review and verify invoice coding to ensure expenses are recorded accurately and in accordance with company policies.
• 
  
• Maintain organized accounts payable records and documentation to support audits and compliance requirements.
• 
  
• Monitor payment schedules and help ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time.
• 
  
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with implementing more efficient accounts payable procedures.
• 
  
• Track outstanding invoices and follow up with vendors or internal departments to obtain missing information and approvals.

Salary: $55,000-$60,000
