Accounts Payable Support

• Indexes invoices in preparation to enter the workflow process
• Data entry into indexing software
• Filing and general office duties
• Responsible for the processing high volume both efficiently and accurately
• Assist in other accounting areas and respective functions, providing support to the team as necessary

• Experience in accounts payable, or other closely related field preferred but not required
• Excellent typing skills and 10-key preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Experience working in construction software, preferably JDE
• Demonstrate a high degree of ownership
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
