What You’ll Be Doing- Accounts Receivable Accountant

• 
  

• Manage daily accounts receivable activities, including customer invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliations.

  
  
• 
  

• The AR Accountant will monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers regarding payments and collections.

  
  
• 
  

• Review daily banking activity, process deposits, and handle credit card transactions.

  
  
• 
  

• The AR Accountant will respond to customer billing inquiries and assist with credit applications.

  
  
• 
  

• Maintain accurate customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• The AR Accountant will provide additional accounting support, including accounts payable processing and month-end activities, as needed.

What We’re Looking For in a Accounts Receivable Accountant

• 
  

• 2+ years of accounting experience with a strong focus on hands-on accounts receivable processing.

  
  
• 
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables & VLOOKUPS)

  
  
• 
  

• SAP experience preferred.

  
  
• 
  

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

  
  
•
