Position Summary: Manages the financial aspects of patient accounts, focusing on ensuring timely and accurate payment from patients and insurance companies.
Organizational Structure/Reporting Relationships: This position reports directly to the Revenue Cycle Manager.

Job Responsibilities
Support revenue cycle operations, including insurance verification, patient registration, billing, coding, accounts receivable management, payment posting, and account reconciliation.
Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify process improvement opportunities and mitigate risk.
Assist with billing department optimization through continuous quality improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and statistical analyses.
Collaborate with providers, leadership, field operations, and front-line staff to improve workflows and outcomes.
Support claims management by running audits and reports to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Assist patients with billing inquiries, payment processing, account updates, and issue resolution.
Help standardize processes and promote efficient, team-based operations.
Provide cross-coverage and support for business office functions as needed.
