Are you detail-oriented, organized, and interested in growing your accounting career with an innovative real estate technology company? Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Cash Applications Specialist to support accurate invoicing, payment processing, and residential sales transactions.
This position begins with full-time, in-office training Monday through Friday. After training, employees may transition to a hybrid schedule with up to two remote days per week.
Review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Receive check and electronic payments and apply them to the correct invoices.
Review closing statements for residential sales and verify payment details.
Update the company’s CRM with accurate transaction information.
Meet processing deadlines and assist with other accounting duties as needed.
Accounts Receivable or cash application experience preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and general math skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and complete work accurately and efficiently.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence asking questions and seeking clarification.
A reliable, self-motivated, and process-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience with Salesforce, Google Sheets, or accounting applications is a plus.
