Own, manage, and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment and associated extensionsCoordinate Business Central updates, patches, and ISV extension management across sandbox and production environmentsTest and validate updates in staging environments prior to production deploymentPartner with Finance, Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to troubleshoot issues and improve system functionalitySupport ERP-related projects, enhancements, and ongoing system optimization initiativesWork closely with vendors and third-party partners during implementation and enhancement activitiesDevelop and maintain technical and process documentation related to the ERP environmentBuild and maintain Power BI and RDLC reports to support operational and business insightsSupport ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests across the organizationAssist with future integration efforts between Business Central and the enterprise data warehouse environmentHelp improve workflows, data quality, and system usability across business functions. 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business CentralStrong understanding of Business Central modules including Finance, Sales, Warehouse Management, and Customer ServiceExperience managing updates, extensions, and system configurations within Business CentralExperience creating Power BI dashboards and RDLC reportsFamiliarity with CAL and AL development conceptsExperience supporting ERP users and troubleshooting business process issuesStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience with Microsoft Office tools.
