    Summary:

    The purpose of this role is to support the managing of the global accounts receivable and credit control functions for Turtle Beach, ensuring that all key objectives are met, and company control standards are adhered to. The accounts receivable function works very closely with sales, operations, and the wider business to support the delivery of objectives and enable us to grow profitably both in core territories as well as developing countries. The successful candidate will be comfortable working internationally with multiple stakeholders from both within our company, and at our customers. Candidates should have a good academic record and be driven to pursue a career in finance, within a team that focuses on personal development and continuous improvement. As a rapidly growing company, the candidate will need to be comfortable with change and demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adaptable.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that all payments are received on time and in full, or investigated to a speedy resolution.
    • Control all key customer accounts and investigate all claims that we receive for credits.
    • Work with the Global finance departments to develop effective working practices.
    • Provide reporting to the finance team on various aspects of accounts receivable and credit control.
    • Provide support to the order processing team and ensure good communication between the various areas of the business in relation to open orders and receivables.
    • Weekly Cash Flow AR Reporting & Forecast building.
    • Ensuring ongoing compliance with SOX controls.
    • Maintenance of and adherence to detailed process documentation.
    • Other tasks in support of the finance team may be required.

    Education/Experience/Skills:

    • Experience of Accounts Receivable.
    • Positive, Collaborative and friendly attitude.
    • Adherence to process.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Strong drive to resolve open issues.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Good Excel skills.
    • Language Skills (English).
    • Language Skills (Japanese).
