Top Responsibilities

As the Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist, you will:

• Manage daily B2B collections activities and follow up on outstanding customer balances.

• Contact customers by phone and email regarding past-due invoices and payment commitments.

  
  
• 
  

• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.

  
  
• 
  

• Research and resolve misapplied payments, unapplied cash, deductions, and chargebacks.

  
  
• 
  

• Review aging reports and prioritize collection efforts to support cash flow and DSO goals.

  
  
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  

• 5+ years of accounts receivable and B2B collections experience.

  
  
• 
  

• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

  
  
• 
  

• Ability to manage high-volume collections, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain accurate records.

  
  
• 
  

• Experience in a high-volume, business-to-business environment preferred.
