We're seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support customer invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and payment reconciliation. This temporary position is responsible for ensuring accurate billing, resolving account discrepancies, monitoring past-due balances, and helping improve cash flow through timely collections and reporting.
Pay Rate: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Collections, or related accounting experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and lookup functions
ERP experience preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
