Description
Hybrid- 3 days onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the accounts receivable team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee the collection process, including the development and implementation of collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
- Monitor customer accounts, analyze aging reports, and take appropriate action to resolve outstanding balances.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and recording of receivables, including adjustments and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and resolve billing issues.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to facilitate payment processes and strengthen partnerships.
- Prepare and present accounts receivable reports to senior management, highlighting trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable function.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards related to accounts receivable activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to accounts receivable.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
