We're seeking a customer-focused professional who excels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service while effectively managing accounts receivable.What You'll DoManage the full accounts receivable cycle for B2B customers, including collections, account reconciliation, dispute resolution, and payment follow-up.Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.Handle a high volume of collections while balancing customer satisfaction with business objectives.Analyze accounts receivable data using advanced Microsoft Excel, including extensive use of pivot tables and reporting tools.Utilize SAP or similar ERP systems to monitor account activity, process transactions, and resolve discrepancies.What We're Looking For5+ years of business-to-business (B2B) accounts receivable and collections experience, preferably with services rendered billing.Proven experience managing the full accounts receivable lifecycle, including audit support and account reconciliation.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with strong proficiency in pivot tables and data analysis.Experience working with SAP or a comparable ERP system.#J-18808-Ljbffr
