Overview of Accounts Receivable Specialist Role:

Review new customer accounts and establish credit limits
Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and payment resolutions
Track past-due accounts and follow up to ensure timely collections
Investigate billing issues, disputes, and payment variances
Keep customer account information and documentation up to date
Assist with payment posting and account reconciliation activities
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Warranty teams to resolve account issues
Adhere to company credit policies and procedures while supporting special projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

2+ years of Accounts Receivable and/or Credit experience
Experience with collections, aging reports, and resolving account discrepancies
Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive client relationships
