Accounts Receivable Specialist Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Process and post customer payments accurately and efficiently.

• Prepare invoices and maintain customer accounts.

• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts.

• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.

• Reconcile customer accounts and assist with month-end closing.

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare A/R reports.
