Target Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000

Key Responsibilities for the AR Specialist:

• Process customer billing and ensure invoices are issued accurately and timely.
• Manage collections and monitor customer credit limits.
• Post cash receipts and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
• Support ERP system transition activities and process improvements.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to support evolving AR workflows.

Qualifications for the AR Specialist:

• Hands-on Accounts Receivable experience with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with billing, collections, and cash application processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a plus.
• Associate degree preferred but not recquired.
