This position plays a vital role in supporting the financial health of our long-term care pharmacy operations while helping ensure residents receive the medications and services they need.Please note: We are currently seeking candidates residing in the San Antonio and surrounding areas.What You'll DoSubmit and manage claims for Medicare Part D, Medicaid, private insurance, and third-party payersConduct follow-up on outstanding claims and unpaid invoicesResolve denials, rejections, and billing discrepanciesReconcile payments, adjustments, and refundsGenerate and review aging reportsCollaborate with pharmacy operations, customer service, and billing teams to support efficient workflowsMaintain compliance with HIPAA and applicable state and federal regulationsWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent required (associate degree preferred)Experience in healthcare accounts receivable, medical billing, or revenue cycle managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environmentLong-term care pharmacy experience is a plusMust reside in the San Antonio or surrounding areas and be available to work onsiteAt Legends Pharmacy, our team is committed to delivering exceptional service and improving the lives of the patients and communities we serve.
