Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities

• 
  

• Post customer invoices, credits, receipts, and daily cash transactions.

  
  
• 
  

• The AR Specialist will review aging reports and follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances.

  
  
• 
  

• The AR Specialist will investigate payment discrepancies, deductions, and account issues.

• Process customer requests for invoices, statements, and account information.

• The AR Specialist will support the sales team with return authorizations and related documentation.

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist Role
