Key Responsibilities of the AR Supervisor

• 
  
• Serve as the primary AR resource across all markets
• 
  
• Provide guidance, support, and training to local AR Specialists
• 
  
• Troubleshoot day-to-day AR issues and escalations
• 
  
• Lead efforts to standardize AR processes across the organization
• 
  
• Drive improvements in customer credit approval and bad debt processes
• 
  
• Automate and improve cash application processes
• 
  
• Participate in aging review meetings and monitor delinquent accounts
• 
  
• Train new AR staff and support sales team education on proper coding and billing procedures
• 
  
• Act as liaison between multiple banking platforms, lockboxes, billing systems, and ERP systems
•

Qualifications

• 
  
• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience with previous supervisory, lead, or management experience

• Experience improving processes and driving operational efficiencies

• Comfortable working with multiple systems and software platforms
