ACCOUNTS RECIEVABLES SPECIALIST

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist $17.50-$23.00 HR.

Department: Office

Summary: Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of general office coordination.
• Weekly supply orders for 3 facilities.
• Maintain Calendar for Conference room and training room.
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information.
• Assist in coordinating facility events.
• Support office staff with projects as needed.
• Customer invoicing as product is shipped.
• Diligently maintain the accounts receivable aging report.
• Contact customers as needed when payments are not received in a timely manner.

Physical Demands:

• Able to lift 25 lbs from floor to shoulder level occasionally.
• Will be required on occasion to work more than 8 hours on one shift
• Requires occasional bending, stooping, and lifting, carrying and frequent sitting. Reaching or handling with arms, hands and fingers.
• Manuel dexterity sufficient to work with fingers.
• Normal vision with or without corrective lenses.
