Buche Ace Hardware is looking for a friendly, dependable Sales Associate to help provide exceptional customer service and keep our store running smoothly. As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the products they need, answer questions, stock merchandise, and keep the store clean and organized. If you're hardworking, enjoy working with people, and are willing to learn, we'd love to meet you!

 

What You'll Do

Customer Service & Sales

·Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.

·Assist customers in finding products and answering questions.

·Offer product recommendations and help customers make purchasing decisions.

·Share information about current promotions and the Ace Rewards program.

·Assist customers with special orders and large or heavy merchandise.

·Help create a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Stocking & Store Operations

·Stock, organize, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.

·Assist with unloading deliveries and putting away incoming products.

·Keep shelves, displays, endcaps, and assigned departments clean and organized.

·Maintain accurate pricing and promotional signage.

·Monitor product levels and help keep merchandise properly displayed.

·Complete daily tasks and projects assigned by store management.

Teamwork & Store Standards

·Work closely with fellow team members to keep store operations running smoothly.

·Participate in team meetings and store initiatives.

·Communicate with team members and management to assist customers.

·Follow company safety procedures and loss prevention policies.

·Assist with training new team members as needed.

·Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment.

 

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

·Previous retail, hardware, or customer service experience preferred.

·Knowledge of hardware, tools, home improvement, or related products is a plus.

·Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish preferred.

·Willingness to learn about products and help customers.

·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.

·Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

·Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

·Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout your shift.

·Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds.

·Ability to assist customers with large or heavy items.

·Comfortable working around store equipment and occasionally outdoors.
