Starting pay of $18 per hour with the potential for an increase once fully trained.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Receives purchase orders from customers and initiates PO review process.
2. Prints and collates production documents for new order packets.
3. Manages new orders in review as well as orders on hold, working closely with engineering, sales, and production to keep review process moving with logged traceability in New Orders spreadsheet.
4. Manages customer inquiries on PO’s, working with engineering, sales, and production as needed to get information back to the customer in a timely manner.
5. Answers phones in the front office and provides a high level of customer service.
6. Files documents.
7. Enters credits in QuickBooks.
8. Enters new tooling orders.
9. Enters new customers and can run credit references for customers if needed.
10. Any other duties assigned.
