About the Role:

A large healthcare company is hiring an Acquisitions Manager to help secure new locations as the organization grows. This person works the full deal cycle alongside the real estate team, from first outreach to brokers and on-the-ground site tours through negotiation, underwriting, and every conversation in between. It's a hands-on seat for someone who wants to be in the room where expansion decisions get made and help move deals from first look to close.

Key Responsibilities

Site Sourcing & Evaluation

• Help identify and secure new locations to support the company's growth
• Tour potential sites and evaluate their fit for the organization's needs

Broker Relations & Communication

• Reach out to brokers to uncover and pursue new opportunities
• Handle all communication throughout the sale process, keeping every party aligned from start to finish

Negotiation & Underwriting

• Negotiate deal terms on behalf of the company
• Help underwrite potential acquisitions to support sound decision-making

Qualifications

• Ability to travel occasionally
