We’re looking for a go-getter, high-energy salesperson who knows how to close, doesn't take no for an answer, and has a strong sense of urgency.

In this role, you’ll work with qualified, inbound leads and appointments provided by our lead managers. You’ll meet with property owners, present offers, and close deals both in person and over the phone.

About Us

We are a young, hungry, high-energy, and intense team based in the Coconut Grove area of Miami.

We currently have a team of five and are continuing to build our acquisitions team.

We invest over $100,000 per month in marketing, with all leads coming inbound. Our lead managers provide qualified Hot and Warm appointments to the acquisitions team.

What You’ll Do

• Attend qualified appointments provided by our lead managers
• Work with pre-qualified inbound leads
• Meet with property owners
• Present offers
• Close real estate acquisition deals
• Close deals both in person and over the phone
• Work toward a 25% closing rate
• Be responsible for at least $1.5 million in revenue
• Adapt to changes in systems and processes
• Work as part of a young, high-energy team
