About the Position
Rapid Bath Remodel is seeking skilled and experienced Bathroom Remodelers / Lead Installers to join our growing team in the San Francisco area. We are looking for reliable, hardworking professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship, pay attention to detail, and are committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service.
As a Lead Installer, you will take ownership of residential bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish. This includes demolition, preparation, installation of tubs, showers, acrylic wall systems, fixtures, and other bathroom components. You will be responsible for ensuring each project is completed efficiently, professionally, and to our company's quality standards.
Our installers work directly in homeowners' homes, so professionalism, communication, cleanliness, and respect for the customer's property are essential.
Experience with acrylic wall systems and complete bathroom conversions is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead and complete residential bathroom remodeling projects from preparation through final installation.
- Install bathtubs, showers, acrylic wall systems, surrounds, fixtures, and related bathroom components.
- Perform demolition, removal, and proper preparation of existing bathroom spaces.
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout each project.
- Follow and complete all required installation procedures and documentation.
- Provide detailed photographic updates throughout the installation process.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and address questions or concerns during the project.
- Manage installation timelines while maintaining efficiency and high-quality workmanship.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve installation challenges.
- Ensure the completed project meets customer expectations and company standards.
Qualifications
- Previous professional bathroom remodeling or residential construction experience required.
- Hands-on experience with plumbing, carpentry, tile, or acrylic wall systems required.
- Previous Lead Installer or Crew Leader experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with bathtub-to-shower conversions and complete bathroom installations is a plus.
- Must supply your own standard hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to travel to residential job sites throughout San Francisco and surrounding areas.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical construction-related tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Must be willing to complete a background check.
