    Overview
Are you an aspiring actor, theater enthusiast, camp counselor, educator, youth mentor, or children's program leader, looking for a fun, creative weekday role? Step onto the ultimate stage at KidZania!

We are seeking high-energy, outgoing, and enthusiastic Immersive Experience Educators/Performers (known as "Zupervisors" in KidZania) to bring our interactive kid-sized city to life through storytelling, role-play, education, and guest engagement.

In this role, you aren't just supervising; you are performing, teaching, and mentoring. One day you might be driving a fire truck and leading emergency chants to put out a "blaze," and the next you could be guiding future pilots through flight simulation or leading a medical round as a doctor in our hospital.

Whether teaching, performing, coaching, or mentoring, your ability to connect with children and bring each experience to life is what transforms an activity into a truly immersive experience.
If you enjoy working directly with children and creating positive, engaging experiences for young guests (ages 4-14), this is the perfect outlet for your talents!

    Why You'll Love This Role
    • An Expressive Stage: Put your acting, teaching, coaching, dancing, presentation, or public speaking skills to work in an environment built purely for exploration and imagination.
    • Flexible Hours: Perfect for those working weekday gigs, students, or former educators looking for weekend work.
    • Great Perks: Enjoy paid time off, employee discounts, free KidZania tickets, and paths for internal performance-based growth.
    What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
    Bring Experiences to Life
    • Role-play dynamically with children across various themed establishments (e.g., aviation academy, fire station, TV studio, hospital, police station, dental clinic, etc.), using creativity and storytelling to create memorable immersive experiences.
    • Adapt quickly to different establishments, guest needs, and operational priorities throughout the day.
    Teach & Guide
    • Facilitate structured, immersive learning scripts with patience, enthusiasm, and a touch of theatrical flair while adapting your delivery to different age groups, personalities, and group dynamics.
    • Present information clearly and confidently to groups of children while encouraging participation, teamwork, and learning.
    Keep Energy High
    • Use your voice, presence, and personality to captivate young minds and guide them through interactive challenges.
    Create Exceptional Guest Experiences
    • Deliver outstanding service to children, parents, teachers, and guests while fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environment.
    • Create positive and memorable interactions that enhance the overall KidZania experience.
    Maintain the Magic
    • Ensure your assigned establishments, uniforms, equipment, props, and attraction elements stay clean, organized, safe, and fully prepped for the next group of guests.
    • Monitor participant safety and respond appropriately to guest incidents to ensure a safe and positive experience for every guest.
    • Follow all safety procedures, operational standards, and company policies while facilitating immersive experiences.
    Expand Your Skills
    • Learn and facilitate multiple establishments, giving you the opportunity to build a wide range of skills and experiences throughout KidZania.
    • Interested in taking on additional challenges? Eligible team members may train in specialized tracks, including our Obstacle Course/Climbing Wall or park transit vehicle operations.
    • Successfully complete all required training for assigned establishments and specialty tracks.
    Hours & Fall Schedule
The fall weekend schedule is Thursday through Sunday. Open availability is preferred, but candidates must have a minimum of one (1) weekday available (Thursday or Friday), or a minimum of 3 shifts per weekend. Additionally, some Monday availability will be requested during holidays or special events in the fall.
    • Part-time weekends: Thursday 9am-3pm, Friday-Sunday 11:30 am–7:30 pm with split shifts available.
    • Monday availability may be requested during holidays or special events.
    • Option to pick up weekend hours, if desired. Cap at 40 hours per week.
    • Hours may vary based on school schedules, holidays, and business needs.
    Eligibility & Physical Demands
    • Must be at least 18 years old.
    • Must pass a standard background check upon hire.
    • Must have reliable transportation.
    • Demonstrate reliable attendance, punctuality, and professionalism.
    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, kneel, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 20 lbs.
    • Comfort working in a vibrant, high-volume, and energetic environment where noise levels may be elevated due to music, attractions, guest activities, and large groups of children.
