• Community Connection: Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters and calendars; arrange for community groups to visit.
• Team Empowerment: Educate, train, and inspire team members to foster meaningful connections and a strong community.
• Personalized Touch: Compile biographies on each new resident, ensuring a warm and customized welcome to the Community.
• Event Coordination: Create ambiance by decorating common areas for special events and holidays.
• Resource Management: Maintain inventory and manage budget, aligning with the community’s goals and standards.

Activity Director Job Requirements: Be the Heart of our Community

• Certification: Willingness to obtain Company-sponsored Activity Director certification as required.
• Compassion and Enthusiasm: Demonstrated love for working with seniors, and a zest for life.
• Effective Communication: Skilled in both written and oral communication with diverse audiences.
• Valid Credentials: A valid driver’s license; must undergo background and motor vehicle checks.
