JOB DESCRIPTION

Good storytelling starts with great listening. At Client, that means each role and every project has our audience in mind. Because the same people who design, develop, and deploy our products also happen to use them. To us, that speaks volumes.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Audiobook Creation Exchange (ACX) Community Operations Specialist will conduct work that enhances the global presence of ACX, our creator marketplace that connects rightsholders with performers and producers to create their audiobooks. • Maintain policy documentation and support various programs that support the ACX community
  • Learn and leverage new tools — including AI-powered platforms — to manage data and list creation for email campaigns sent to our ACX community
  • Analyze and leverage data — including royalty statements and emerging compensation models — to drive and inform critical business decisions
  • Act as a trusted voice of the ACX community to our leaders in Product, Risk Management, Legal, Marketing, Operations, Customer Care, and other internal client teams.
  • Apply strategic thinking to navigate complex fraud scenarios, collaborating with Risk Management and Legal teams to protect the ACX ecosystem
  • Draft policy language, communications, and program verbiage with sensitivity to legal nuance and brand voice
