Operator/Directional Driller
**Looking for a skilled Operator in the Directional Drilling Industry**

Were a small Directional Drilling company that produces big results. Our labor force is almost perfect, but lets be honest were just growing so fast, we need additional support to keep up with the demands of our customers.
We need a knowledgeable and skilled Operator to join our team. Whether you have some experience in the construction industry, or none at all, this could be the position for you.

This is a hands-on position in the directional drilling industry that includes working outside in the elements. If you dislike being stuck at a desk with the same scenery, then this is the position for you! CDL is preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
· Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material
· Assist crew members on-site
· Handle and transport materials and equipment
· Use power tools and machinery when needed
· Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks (e.g. digging, stacking up goods)
· Put up warning signs (e.g. signposts, cones) for vehicles and passersby
· Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures
· Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions
General Qualifications:
1-3 years of education and/or experience
Excellent oral communications and written skill

40+ hours/ week
