Job Requirements:
Must be patient, empathetic, and willing to adapt to different needs.
This position requires both on and off snow time with guests, both adults and children.
Must attend pre-season training.
Not mandatory, but the SNAP program is also seeking individuals that have experience with the Bi and/or Mono ski equipment.
Occasionally we have adaptive snowboard lessons or inclusion, but we predominantly teach skiing. If you’re a snowboarder who is willing to learn adaptive ski teaching techniques, then we would love to have you.
Must be able to work in a team setting and alone.
Have a strong value for personal safety and safety of others.
Passion for teaching snow sports.
Must own equipment or are able to obtain by completion of training (must pass binding inspection) and own professional-looking, solid black snow pants or able to obtain by end of training.
