Minimum Qualifications:

Possession of the requirements necessary to be designated as a Qualified Health Professional (QHP) with one year of experience or satisfactory completion of a training program in the treatment of substance use disorders.
All applicants must uphold the OASAS Scope of Practice and the Canon of Ethical Principals.
