The Additive Manufacturing Technician supports production operations by setting up, operating, and maintaining additive manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Set up, start, and maintain additive manufacturing equipment.• Load/unload machines and perform inspections of powder and components.• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and accurately record work in the ERP system.• Support process validations, equipment qualifications, and continuous improvement activities.• Assist with investigations and corrective actions for product or process issues.• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.• Follow all safety, quality, GMP, SOP, and PPE requirements.• Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals.________________________________________Qualifications• High School Diploma or equivalent required.• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or similar) and Microsoft Office.• Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed work instructions.________________________________________Skills & Abilities• Team-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated.• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.• Good organizational and time-management skills.• Flexible to work overtime or weekends as needed.________________________________________Working Conditions• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.• Comfortable wearing PPE and working in powder/material handling areas.• Manufacturing environment with noise, dust, temperature changes, and interruptions.
