Adhesive Application Line Technician (Float Support)

About the Role

Mega Force Staffing is hiring a versatile Adhesive Application Line Technician (Float Support) to keep production moving in Ramseur, NC. In this role, you’ll rotate between stations, run gluing equipment, check product quality, and pitch in wherever the line needs you.

A Day in the Life

You arrive ready to help the team hit production goals. You start by setting up and safely operating a gluer machine, watching speeds and feeds while keeping an eye on adhesive application. As orders shift, you move to packaging to box finished goods, then over to inspection to verify accuracy and quality. Throughout the shift, you follow standard operating procedures, keep your area clean, and support teammates across the floor.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor gluing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with production and packaging activities as workflow changes.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and visual quality.
• Adhere to production procedures and all safety guidelines.
• Maintain an orderly, clean workstation and assist with 5S efforts.
• Float between work areas to support bottlenecks and priorities.
• Consistently meet production rates and quality standards.
• Perform additional general production duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Keen attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Prior production/manufacturing experience is a plus.

Preferred Proficiencies

• Quality inspection experience
• Packaging experience
• High School diploma or GED
