The Division of Mathematics and Science is currently accepting applications for additional adjunct instructors for course sections that may be potentially offered in the upcoming academic year. Courses may be offered during the day, afternoon, evening or weekends in a variety of formats (in-person, hybrid, online).
Applications will be accepted for those who can teach lecture and/or laboratory in the following area(s) or discipline(s):
Instructors will work with the full-time faculty, program coordinator and/or Division Director to deliver credit course content and assessments required for outcome learning assessments for division courses. Instructors interested in teaching online instructional opportunities MUST reside in MD, PA, VA, or WV.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Applicants must have a Master's degree in the area or discipline of interest (or Master's degree in Education/Teaching with at least 12 graduate credits in a specific STEM related discipline: Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, etc.). Two Years of relevant teaching experience is required. Applicants with only a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or who are current graduate students in relevant areas may be considered for laboratory instruction on a case by case basis.
