The Arts & Humanities Division accepts applications from qualified applicants for adjunct faculty positions and reviews them when an opening becomes available. The 40+ faculty in the Arts & Humanities Division teach core and elective courses in the undergraduate program across a wide range of disciplines and liberal arts specializations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Teach liberal arts courses in our undergraduate program for the Arts & Humanities Division.
Take advantage of teaching development through our Center for Engaged Teaching and Learning (CELT) and coaching from colleagues.
Assume additional responsibilities as required.
WHAT EDUCATION AND SKILLS YOU WILL NEED
Relevant graduate degree (e.g., MFA, PhD) from an accredited university. M.A. or MFA for Writing areas; M.A. in a related field for the other scholarly disciplines. College teaching experience required for all positions. Applicants may also be ABD or hold a PhD in the appropriate field.
Previous college or university teaching experience and/or practical disciplinary/field experience relevant to the course(s) being taught.
