Administrative Assistant (C-Suite & Partner Support)

Position Overview
A private equity firm in Dallas is seeking a highly polished and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to partners and C-level executives. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to partners and executive leadership
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, prioritizing conflicts, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense tracking
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, investors, and external business partners
- Assist with planning and execution of meetings, events, and offsite functions
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Support special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of administrative experience supporting executives, partners, or C-level leadership-preferably within professional services, finance, or private equity environments
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Polished, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior leadership within private equity, investment firms, or corporate environments
- Experience managing high-volume calendars and coordinating complex travel
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
