We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Chicago Branch within a fast-paced international firm. The ideal candidate will manage complex schedules, coordinate international communications, and handle confidential information with professionalism and accuracy across multiple time zones and cultures.Client Details This client is a leading global financial institution headquartered in Europe, operating as one of the largest banking groups by assets worldwide. DescriptionExecutive Support: Provide high-level administrative and personal support to a team of 15-19 employees.Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones.Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, visas, hotels, itineraries).Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents.Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external.
