This is a part-time position.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide administrative support for the Operations departments.   

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Archive purchasing / operations related quality documentation into Master Control upon receipt. 
  •  Provide support to customers, vendors, and Arlington campus employees. 
  • Provide support for requisitions as assigned
  • Assist with customer/vendor meetings including signing of visitor log, meeting organizer contact, direction to meeting location and distribution of safety glasses, if applicable. 
  •  Distribute and collect signed Guest Visitation Policy documents prior to on-site meetings. Scan and archive customer documentation submittals and signed visitation policies for future reference.
  • Data Entry (e.g. EPA logs, Project tracking for procurement and production readiness.)
  • Provide support for ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment items. 
  • Monitor and stock coffee and kitchen supplies. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • At least 1-2 years of general office experience.
  • Good basic computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel and PDF software.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently, while being a positive contribution to the team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent Organization Skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.
  • Prolonged sitting.
  • Walking up/downstairs
