As an Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced AI and data solutions organization, you will support daily operations across teams focused on AI/ML, cloud, and analytics. Your responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining confidential files, and assisting with onboarding and employee coordination. You will support office operations, track invoices and expenses, handle communications, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams. Additionally, you will provide administrative support for technology projects, ensure data accuracy, and assist executives with ad hoc tasks.

  • Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (preferred), 2+ years of office support experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. Experience supporting leadership in tech or software companies is a plus.
