Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of administrative duties to support managers and team members
  • Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Transcribe notes and ensure accurate documentation for management
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Track and monitor departmental expenses as needed
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners
Administrative Assistant Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
