Provides administrative and operational support for the Senior Planet center in Denver, CO, assisting the Center Manager with the day-to-day operations of the center to ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment for older adult participants, volunteers, and staff. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting participants, answering phones, data entry, maintaining records, ordering and auditing supplies and equipment, coordinating mail and deliveries, and supporting general office operations. This role may also assist with scheduling tech-help appointments, special projects, and the possibility of providing classroom support and perform other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer service-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in mainstream technology and the ability to learn internal systems and databases.
