    • Office Management:

      • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
      • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests.
    • Communication:

      • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
      • Coordinate communication between departments and external partners.
    • Document Preparation:

      • Draft and manage contracts, legal documents, and project proposals.
      • Maintain organized filing systems for all business documents.
    • Project Coordination:

      • Assist in scheduling and coordinating property management and construction projects.
      • Support the development team with research and project management tasks.
    • Financial Administration:

      • Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and budget tracking.
      • Coordinate with the law firm on financial and legal matters.
    • Compliance and Regulations:

      • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
      • Assist in preparing documentation for property and title services.
    • Future Development:

      • Support the establishment of the new title company and estate management services.
      • Conduct market research and analysis in preparation for new business ventures.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
    • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a multi-faceted business environment.
    • Familiarity with property management, construction, or legal services is a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
